SARASOTA, Fla. (TBO.com) - The second suspect has been arrested in the shooting death of a Sarasota high school student outside a Manatee County movie theater, authorities said.

Frank Brice, 19, of Palmetto, faces a murder charge after turning himself in early this morning, the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office said.

Jasper Dudley, 19, of Bradenton, was taken into custody Monday night, authorities said.

Both men were wanted on murder charges in the shooting death of 17-year-old Teria’le Rawls, a senior cheerleader at Riverview High.

Investigators said Rawls was involved in an altercation with a group of people in the parking lot of the Royal Palm Theater, 5126 26th St. E., about 2 a.m. when she was shot.
