Tampa, Fla. (970 WFLA)- A Port Richey woman is facing sexual assault charges in Hillsborough County for a crime, sheriff investigators say, she committed in the county three years ago.
Marissa Mowry was 22, when detectives say she got pregnant, after having sex with an 11 year old boy, in a home in Hillsborough County.
According to the sheriff's report, Mowry gave birth to the boys baby, in 2014, and continued to have sex with the boy several times, when he was between the ages of 11 and 14.
The sheriff's office says her three year old child will be placed with a responsible adult.
Mowry's charged with sexual battery on a victim under 12 years of age.
