Spring Hill Man Arrested for Selling Drugs

On Friday, detectives with the Hernando County Sheriff's Office Vice and Narcotics Unit executed a narcotics search warrant at 5231 Colchester Ave., in Spring Hill.

The search warrant and arrest warrants are a result of a lengthy investigation that took place at the Colchester Avenue location after detectives received complaints of drug activity at the residence.

During the investigation, undercover detectives took part in narcotics transactions where 34 Year-Old Sean Houle sold methamphetamine from the residence. 

The execution of the search warrant was conducted after Houle was located and arrested by a patrol deputy for several drug related charges on Thursday night 

.It should also be noted that Houle was currently out on bond from a drug-related arrest conducted by the Florida Highway Patrol in April. Following the April arrest, Houle continued to sell methamphetamine from the residence. As a result of the search, detectives located prescription medication, legend drugs, marijuana and drug paraphernalia, "(indicative of the sale of narcotics)."

Houle's charges are as follows:-Sale and Possession of methamphetamine-Possession of a place for trafficking, sale and manufacturing of a controlled substance -Unlawful use of a two-way communication device -Possession of marijuana -Possession of a controlled substance -Possession of a legend drug with intent to sell -Possession of paraphernalia.

Houle is currently being held with no bond due to his previous charges before the execution of the search warrant.
