Public Service for Roy Halladay in Clearwater

The Philadelphia Phillies will honor former Phillies and Blue Jays pitcher Roy Halladay Tuesday afternoon at the Phillies' Clearwater spring training home, Spectrum Field.

A week ago, the 40 year old Cy Young award winner was killed when his amphibious aircraft 'Icon' crashed into shallow gulf waters off the Pasco coast.

Halladay's family says he was an "amazing" father and husband and "his love for the game  had no boundaries".

The National Transportation Safety Board continues to investigate the crash and may have a preliminary report this week.

Tuesday's service at Spectrum Field begins at 4 p.m..
