Tampa Mayor Bob Buckhorn weighs in on what he thinks of the Rays' proposed stadium design. Like many, he loves the design itself but is concerned about the hefty price tag that comes along with it. Even so, he says we owe it to the city and to the Rays to try and make this proposal a reality.
