Mulberry, Fla.-(Newsradio 970 WFLA)-Thirty three year-old nurse Michelle Snover is charged with DUI and child endangerment after crashing her SUV into a retention pond here.
Polk County deputies say the woman had an eight year-old girl with her when she drove into the water. The little girl was able to escape from the sinking vehicle and run for help.
Deputies say Snover was so drunk that paramedics had to hold her up. Snover's blood alcohol level was .138. Arresting deputies say the woman smelled of booze.
Snover was arrested for DUI back in 2016 and is an emergency room nurse at Lakeland Regional Health.
