Tampa, Fla.-(Newsradio 970 WFLA)-Two victims under the age of twelve tell Hillsborough County deputies that they were sexually battered by a family friend, twenty nine year-old Robert Howard. The incidents are said to have happened four years ago at a home in the Citrus Park area.
Detectives were able to obtain probable cause to issue a warrant for Capital Sexual Battery/Lewd and four counts of Lascivious Molestation for Howard.
Detectives then coordinated with the Lake Mary Police Department and provided them with a possible location for the suspect. Lake Mary PD was able to locate and arrest Howard at his parent's house without incident.
