Three Charged With Bringing Drugs Into Hillsborough County Jail

Tampa, Fl. (Florida News Network)-Three people are facing drug trafficking charges in connection to a scheme to bring narcotic's into a Hillsborough County jail. According to the sheriff's office, 32 year old Michelle Lipinski, a nurse for NaphCare, a company contracted to work in the jail, was supplying narcotics to 40 year old Seneca Dukes, an inmate at the Falkenburg Road Jail, who was then selling the drugs to other inmates. Lipinski was allegedly being given heroin and methamphetamine, by 46 year old Miriam Benning, a friend of Dukes. After her arrest, Benning admitted to providing the drugs to Lipinski, so she could give them to Dukes. The sheriffs office says the investigation is now focusing on others who may be involved.
