September is National Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. To help create awareness for this number one killer of children by disease, the Pediatric Cancer Foundation has partnered with local advertising agency, PP+K, to create an advertising campaign that will educate the public on the barriers standing in the way of a cure, and ultimately drive donations to help fund research to create a breakthrough.
One major element of this
"Breakthrough" advertising campaign is the composition of an original song.
"When I Call," written by Joey Tso, Trushar Patel and Nick McMurdy, details the battle against cancer through the eyes of a child. It will be available for download on the Pediatric Cancer Foundation's website.
By playing this song, you are helping to spread awareness for the Pediatric Cancer Foundation's
"Breakthrough" campaign. By playing this song, you are bringing light to those going through dark times. And most importantly, by playing this song, you are giving a voice to children who need to be heard as they valiantly battle for their lives each and every day.
"When I Call" was written and produced to support the Pediatric Cancer Foundation's mission to find a cure for childhood cancer. This song is available for download at
fastercure.org/breakthrough. All donations go directly to funding research for a cure.
