Former Clinton Chief of Staff Tony Podesta, now turned Democrat lobbyist and Obama supporter, is heading up a new lobbying group. It's called the “We Are Golf” coalition and it’s made up of golfing organizations.

RUSH: If I quote Obama saying the most damaging thing, all I have to do is be the one to spread the word and Obama gets a pass because I'm the one doing the criticizing? That's what Colbert King wants you to believe.

RUSH:  Did anybody watch the Emmys last night?  I didn't see the Emmys.  Did you watch the Emmys, Snerdley?  Brian, did you watch the Emmys? I didn't even know they were on.  I'm sitting there watching football... this is fun, by the way.  This is fun watching the sports media go nuts over the replacement refs.

RUSH: I thought the GOP establishment had been telling us that we can't be ideological. We can't be, because if we're ideological we won't get the independents. The independents don't like ideology.

RUSH: Emotional roller coasters tend to emphasize the lows, tend to be more affected by the low, by the dip in an emotional roller coaster than when you are at the peak.  And I think that's all part of the game to suppress our turnout and to suppress our vote.  

RUSH: Most people are not concerned with Romney, what he does with his money.  We're concerned with what Obama is doing with ours.  That's what this is all about.

RUSH: Who are our other allies in the region? He said Egypt's not an ally, so I don't know who it leaves.

RUSH: You ... quit ... your job ... to listen to the program to further your education?

RUSH: I think that the first thing they tried to do was turn this into a campaign issue rather than a national security or foreign policy issue.
