Tedd Webb
Born in Ybor City, raised in West Tampa, Tedd Webb has been waking up with Tampa Bay listeners in one way or another for over thirty years. He is such a fixture around the bay area that it's quite feasible he's met every one living here at least once.
Tedd has received numerous awards during his career, including the prestigious "Communicator Of The Year" from Toastmasters International, and Hispanic Heritage Man Of The Year in Media for 2001. Tedd was inducted into the Jefferson High School Hall of Fame in 2002.
Tedd has been a DJ, a Sportscaster and a talk show host during his time in radio. Basketball legend Dick Vitale from ESPN says: "Tedd Webb, I'm your biggest fan!" The late Detroit Tigers Hall of Famer, play-by-play man Ernie Harwell called Tedd "one of the bright stars of radio."
Tedd is also an avid photographer, who once owned East 7th Avenue Studios in Ybor City. His coffee table art book, Butt of Course, a black and white tribute to Woman, and his first book Tedd Webb's Trivia, based on factoids from his morning segment Rack Your Brain, are availble at www.floridabookstore.com Tedd is now working on his 3rd book entitled "The Window".

Webb's World: Fast And Furious
WEBB’s WORLD
I heard a friend of mine, liberal, say “this Fast and Furious doesn’t have traction, it’s not resonating with the people”. I about swallowed my tongue. The reason it’s not resonating is because the American mainstream media doesn’t want to talk about it.
At first we only knew of Agent Brian Terry being killed with one of the weapons smuggled into Mexican cartel hands by our own ATF, with the blessings of the Justice Department. Now we find out thanks to Mexican TV Journalists, 16 teenagers were massacred at a birthday party by a 20 man commando group using weapons obtained from ATF.
Still Eric Holder remains the Attorney General in this administration. Reminiscent of the Nixon days? You bet. The difference? There is no media out there in search of the truth, No Woodward, no Bersnstein, instead we have a media that carries water for this president. They cover up his every mistake, and exaggerate any misstep by Romney. Lap dogs.
What a great dis-service to the American people mainstream media is doing. Sleeping on the job while the most corrupt administration in my lifetime gets away with everything ,….because they know they can
