New Port Richey, Fl. (970 WFLA)-Officer Chris Stockton discovered this trespasser in the pool of a vacant residence in the 8600 block of Bass Lake Drive in New Port Richey .
A trapper responded to the scene and the gator was captured and relocated to a safe location.
The gator was issued a trespass warning.
