St.Petersburg,Fla.(970 WFLA)-A St. Pete Beach restaurant employee is facing charges for secretly recording a woman in the restroom.
Deputies yesterday arrested 18-year-old Bryan Lara for the incident at Beverly's Restaurant on Gulf Boulevard. A 35-year-old woman says she was using the restroom when she noticed a cellphone pointed at her from a divider between the ladies room and the men's room.
A short time after she exited the restroom, Lara, exited the men's restroom with the cell phone. The victim's boyfriend confronted Lara who admitted to recording her.
Lara is charged with one count of video voyeurism, but deputies believe there could be more victims.
